The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (the "T&C") is to provide a legal framework for the provision of the website and services by Somaa and to define the conditions of access to and use of the services by the "User".
These T&C are accessible on the site under the heading "T&C".

The vendor, SAS SOMAA, offers and runs training courses for helping relationship professionals, as well as consulting and support services in educational engineering and the digitisation of training courses for training professionals.
It also organises colloquia, conferences, inspirational and training days, and looks for trainers or training courses on request for training departments and professionals in the helping professions and the human and social sciences.
Declaration of training activity registered under no. 11756165375 with the Prefect of the Ile-de-France region. This registration does not imply government approval.
The site is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User in accessing the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User's expense.
Non-member Users do not have access to the reserved services. To do so, they must register by completing the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the member User undertakes to provide truthful and accurate information about their civil status and contact details, in particular their email address.
To access the services, the User must then identify himself using his login and password, which will be sent to him after registration.
Any User who is a regularly registered member may also request to be removed from the list by going to the dedicated page in their personal space. This will take effect within a reasonable period of time.
